Experiencing pain is a challenge in itself. Getting the right care shouldn't be.

My passion for understanding pain problems began early in my training as an anesthesiologist. This was crowned by an international interventional fellowship in Toronto, a highly sought-after pain training program focused on ultrasound-guided treatments.
Since then, I have continued my education and believe in an integrative approach that incorporates multiple disciplines, techniques, and perspectives. Regenerative treatments play a central role in this approach.

Every pain patient deserves a fast, integrative, and personalized approach.
Thanks to numerous training programs and valuable collaborations, I can offer a very extensive, specialized and personalized treatment plan with the patient at the center of all this. I believe in an active approach, where thorough analyses and investigations are followed by a comprehensive plan. This consists of a combination of nutritional advice, a tailored movement plan, radiofrequency treatments (INDIBA), pART (autologous regenerative treatments), pain infiltrations, personalized infusions, medication schedule optimization, and hormonal advice (HRT for perimenopause). For me, it is essential that the patient feels heard, understood, and safe. Only with trust can we push boundaries together and regain quality of life.
…specialized pain treatment is in need of reappraisal.
Integrative pain medicine is the future. A combination of conventional and complementary medicine performed by highly specialized multidisciplinary teams. In addition to collaborating with fellow physicians and specialists, I work closely with physiotherapists, osteopaths, nutritionists, orthomolecular specialists, health coaches, neural therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists. This way, I strive to bridge both worlds and guide the patient in their search for the right treatment.

Regenerative Pain Treatments
pART stands for personalized Autologous Regenerative Therapies.
This technique was developed because the regenerative approach to pain problems is personalized, complex and integrative.
The preparation for treatment consists of "Feeding the soil," meaning the body is optimized to produce the best possible product and achieve the best healing response afterward.
The product is customized according to the individual and the extent of the damage. Examples include Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Platelet-Poor Plasma (PPP), Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), and enriched glucose solutions (prolotherapy). There is a dose-dependent effect, which is why I use a manual double-spin procedure. This allows the dose and composition to be adjusted to the need—high-dose leukocyte-rich PRP (LR-PRP) versus high-dose leukocyte-poor PRP (LP-PRP). More extensive damage sometimes requires more advanced techniques, such as using stem cell-rich products like Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC) and Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF). The success of these treatments depends on the preparatory work, the accuracy of the diagnosis and injection, and the quality of the product.
